Assemble your own LED ornament that runs off of USB power from individual LEDs. Each ornament has 40 or more individual LEDs. Soldering is required for these kits.
The kits can be powered directly from a standard USB wall charger using the included USB cable, or you can optionally choose the 12V version to power the ornament from a 12V power source.
If you want to control the brightness of the ornament, you can use one of the channels of the WS2111 Expander to do that.

The LED ornament kits include:
- 40 or more individual LEDs
- Resistors for the LEDs
- A power cable to connect the ornament to a USB power supply (5V version only)
- A laser-cut plexiglass form to hold the LEDs
- Bare copper wire for connections
The LED ornaments kits include all the part you need to make an ornament from individual LEDs.

Assembly
To assemble the ornament kit, you will require the following tools:
- A small soldering iron
- Solder
- Needle-nose pliers or tweezers
- Diagonal wire cutters or snippers
- A power supply (USB charger) for the kit that you ordered.

Specific assembly instructions
- Yellow Star: Use 2 LED chains for the 5V version, 4 LED chains for the 12V version.
